If you would like to use the available e-mail services directly under your company name, or be represented on the World Wide Web, you can have your own domain name registered and maintained on our servers which are locally hosted.
COL is able to provide you with several extensions for example; .com, .net, .org, .nl, .biz, .info etc.

Domain requests (.com, .org, .net etc) can be done for companies and individuals for an amount as
from US $ 17.99 a year.

Please note: The domain registration only consists of the registration of the name for further use. The domain registration does not include a web site, hosting or e-mail service. Those are different services that can be provided at non-refundable existing rates for a minimum of 1 year.

A .com domain
Request domain name Forms A .com domain A .com/. net/. Org domain is registered by COL who is associated with an American registration instance. In some cases it is preferable to have one domain name instead of the other in case you wish to profile your company on the internet as an internationally operating company.

Other domain names
You can also register other domains. One could think of registration in other countries. The conditions and rates for domain registration vary per country. Domain name available?
Only when a request has really been confirmed by a registration instance, can it be determined with certainty that the name you chose is still available. We strongly advise you not to change your business cards, letterhead, or other documentation, before you receiving confirmation!

Please be careful: If the chosen domain name is still available does not guarantee that it still is available when you put in the request! Therefore, you should always wait on the final confirmation

Change of e-mail address You always immediately need an account in order to be able to read e-mail from that address. COL can realize the transfer of the domain e-mail address to your e-mail address. Like this your e-mail can be forwarded to the e-mail address pertaining to the account.

Registration of a domain name When you would like to have a domain registered, you can request Col for a registration form which needs to be filled out. This form needs to be returned to COL after which the application process will be started. The registration of a domain takes about 24 hours.
